Job Description / Responsibility

• This role is primarily responsible for sales achievement on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per business acquisition plan. They also need to ensure marketing and promotional activities for enhancing agent outlets and creating agent banking awareness.
• Achieve assigned business target within stipulated time
• Execute marketing and promotional activities
• Assure service & operational requirements

4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university

Additional Job Requirements

• Ability to blend with people of rural and geographically dispersed locations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organization & time management skills

Salary Range

Tk. 10000 - 15000
