Job Description / Responsibility

• Must have to achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in Job Objective.
• Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development, Relationship Management, Leadership Capability and be highly committed to customer services.
• Capable for administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
• Strong knowledge in the management Core Risks, Credit Risk Analysis, Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade.
• To ensure compliance with Group & local directives for preventing Money Laundering.
• Attract and develop new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
• Provides a high level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Must have sound knowledge regarding different types of Banking Software.
• Ability to act as primary bank contact for all practical purposes.

Educational Requirements

MBA/ MBM/ Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 45 year(s)
Minimum 10 Years banking experiences with at least 04 (four) years as Branch Manager in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
