Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintain and take action for the 2G & 3G Voice and data KPIs optimization- CDR, CSSR, SDBR, SDDR, HOSR, SD & TCH, TBF Drop Rate, TBF Establishment Success Rate, PDCH, DAP etc.;
• Consult on critical cases and develop efficient way for network optimization ;
• Plan and follow up event based quality management both KPI & Drive Test end
• Take initiative to solve critical customer complaints as well as serving cells modifications/creations to maintain & improve KPIs.
• Optimized LAC planning
• Supervise the team to change parameters of existing sites & new sites to achieve target KPI’s of responsible area.
• Guide the respective team and supervise to prepare the initial site Plan using planning tool Guide the team to ensure performance of the sites choose proper site locations;
• Supervise preparation of the final RF Plan for the area;
• Provide full support related to change of logical and physical parameters to the concerned departments (i.e. Marketing, BSS Planning, Network Quality) during different Quality Project;
• Ensure coverage and quality for network of certain area through redesign quarterly based on benchmarking reports; Analyze the benchmarking reports, and propose recommendations based on the same.
• Use results of drive tests to check network quality in certain areas; Provide full support related to change of logical and physical parameters to the concerned departments

• Contribute in the preparation of the yearly and quarterly RF design & Optimization budget during budget exercise;
• Facilitate different on demand and preset reports in daily, weekly and monthly basis consisting different statistical data of the network.
• Monitor the respective subordinates in investigation and resolution of customer complaints for both CS & PS customers through DT and KPI analysis and maintain SLA with TAS.

Additional Job Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Radio network Planning and Optimization of 2G and 3G.
• Experience in Nokia radio equipment, counters and features.
• Strong understanding of 2G design.
• Thorough knowledge of 2G technology.
• Strong knowledge of 2G optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of 2.5G technology on design and optimization.
• Sound knowledge of 3G technology on design and Optimization.
• In-depth understanding of Radio network Planning and Optimization of 2G and 3G.
• Knowledge of MS Access, Excel etc.
• Knowledge in Planning tools Plannet, Mapinfo, Netact,
• Preferable knowledge in software programming(SQL,PHP etc).
